Today, I woke up late and I missed some of my classes. When I looked outside, it was raining. Actually I still had a marketing class because it was still four o’clock and marketing class usually finish at six o’clock. So if I went to the class at that time, I still could catch some materials. But unfortunately, my body won’t move from my bed. And it was raining too. It made the temperature dropped and the sound of the rain falling down always make me want to sleep and continue my dreams. But I still worried that I was going to miss some materials. I wasn’t so good in marketing class so I probably needed this materials. But still, the weather was perfect to go back to sleep. So I called my friend who was in the same class with me. I asked him if he came to the class right now. He said that he skipped the class because it was raining and he didn’t have any umbrella. Then I asked the same question to my other friend. She said that she was so tired so she would not go to the class. So, from this survey, I concluded that nobody was going to attend the class because of rain. And if there were nobody in the class, the lecture would cancel the class. Therefore, I went back to sleep and continued my dreams. Even though I know that I made a fallacy of hasty generalization, I still believed that nobody came to the class.
